Hello and welcome to my website. I am an integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, having trained in several theoretical approaches of therapy.

I also have a 'Pluralistic' outlook to therapy, meaning that I consider no two people or their circumstances as the same. I see you as an individual, as totally unique and draw upon my broad skillset and experience to tailor-make your therapy, to whatever your situation requires.

The way I work is to be hands-on, personable, responsive and collaborative. I will listen intently and offer you insights and interpretations in response to what you tell me. I will sometimes suggest things for you to work on between sessions, in order for you to gain the most from therapy.

Most of all, I am deeply invested in your wellbeing and in helping you achieve what you came to therapy for.

I have worked with clients within a wide range of areas, covering a broad spectrum of different issues.

I have a particular interest in relationship and self-esteem issues, childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, panic disorders, bereavement, self-harm and the many forms it takes, neurodiversity and the root causes and impact of chronic illness upon mental health.
